17:00 BST - Little change, as prices extend cautious trade above congestion support at 1.3900. Intraday studies are under pressure and daily readings continue to fall, suggesting room for a pullback in the coming sessions. A break below 1.3900 will open up the 1.3870 weekly low of 2 April. A further close beneath here would turn sentiment negative and extend losses below 1.3850 towards congestion around 1.3800. Meanwhile, a close above the 14.3965 current year high of 31 March is needed to turn sentiment positive and confirm continuation of late-January gains initially to the 1.3985 Fibonacci retracement.
