Chart GBP/USD Update: Lower in consolidation towards 1.3450 support

 Lower in consolidation and return below the 1.3500 level threatens retest of the 1.3450 low of last week

02:00 GMT - Lower in consolidation and return below the 1.3500 level threatens retest of the 1.3450 low of last week. Break here will see room for deeper pullback to retrace gains from the 1.3160, 31 March low. lower will see room to support at the 1.3400 congestion. Meanwhile, resistance is lowered to the 1.3500/10 congestion area. Regaining this needed to ease the downside pressure and clear the way for retest of the 1.3575/1.3600 highs. Above here will further retrace the January/March losses and see extension to the 1.3650/1.3700 area.
