AUD/USD flows: Closing the gap

AUD/USD opened sharply higher at 0.6534 from 0.65 on Friday's close. U.S. three major equity indexes are all higher while regional equities perform individually. The opening gap seems to be driven by Scott Bessent's nomination as treasury secretary of Trump. 

AUD/USD has since trying to close the gap and has gone half way to 0.6521, still up 0.31% .
