US Treasury Sec Bessent says he's dedicated to making Trump's tax cuts permanent
On Thursday's Asia session, we have little movement in the FX market but we are hearing more remarks on Trump's policy. Those do not seem to be affecting the market sentiment for now and see both the U.S. Treasury and JGB yields higher with the latter recouping Wednesday losses and look set to close the gap.
USD/JPY is trading 0.08% higher at 149.2.
