USD/JPY flows: Preliminary Q4 GDP Miss

Q4 Annualized GDP at 0.2%
The Q4 Annualized GDP for Japan is a miss at 0.2%. Despite returning to expansion from a contracting Q3, the growth missed estimate by far while the GDP deflator remain high. Net export remain strong but other areas, including private and public consumption are all sluggish. It suggest the choppy real wage has its tow on consumption.
USD/JPY is trading 0.26% higher at 153.03.
