Iran to declare Hormuz restricted zone, warns of 'more painful' attack response

Despite U.S.'s claim to escort tankers across the strait, Kpler reported that only an average of 10 tankers has passed the Strait in the past 10 days. Iran once again declares the Strait of Hormuz Hormuz restricted zone and warns of 'more painful' attack response. It is expected they will continue to harass oil traffic while U.S. trying to further neutralize that capability. As long as no major escalation, oil price may only grind higher slowly.
