Iran nuclear deal 95% done but signing still days away

Optimism piled into the market as we heard over the weekend the deal is "95% done". The caveat remains on both sides as they are still waiting for both sides to come along on the last part before deal signing. They seem to have closed the gap on nuclear and frozen asset by delaying those to the second phase of the deal. Oil opened lower and continues to tread lower while U.S. equities and precious metal opening higher.
