09:15 BST - Consolidation around 0.8150 has given way to steady gains in both USD- and CHF-driven trade, with prices currently trading at fresh year highs around 0.8200. Rising daily readings highlight room for continuation towards the 0.8220 Fibonacci retracement. But already overbought daily stochastics could limit any initial tests in consolidation, before rising weekly charts prompt a break. A close above here will further improve sentiment and extend January gains towards 0.8250. Meanwhile, support remains at the 0.8125 monthly high of 5 November and extends to congestion around 0.8100. This range should underpin any immediate setbacks.
