08:40 BST - Cautious trade is giving way to a drift lower, as intraday studies turn down once again, with prices once again pressuring support at the 101.50 range highs and the 101.58 weekly low of 16 October. Daily readings have turned down and overbought weekly stochastics are also under pressure, highlighting room for a later break and continuation of losses from the 102.95 current year high of 14 October towards the 101.30 Fibonacci retracement. Already oversold daily stochastics could limit any initial tests in consolidation, before congestion support at 101.00 attracts.
Meanwhile, resistance remains at congestion around 102.00. An unexpected close above here would help to stabilise sentiment and prompt fresh consolidation beneath further congestion around 102.50.
