Fed Inflation Target: No Worries on Expectations

A rebound in inflation expectations to 2% is not a concern for the Fed, as it wants a temporary overshoot to ensure the average target is met. Fed forward guidance, and QE bond buying, will remain strong and inflation is unlikely to push bond yields higher
